Roger Campbell, Sr. Founder, Over 60 Dam, LLC

Roger Campbell, Sr., is the Founder of Over 60 Dam, LLC, a boutique advisory firm focused on institutional knowledge preservation, leadership continuity, and the operational value of experience inside organizations.

Over more than four decades, Roger worked in large-scale operational environments where continuity, judgment, customer confidence, and decision-making reliability directly affected organizational performance. His leadership experience included managing complex operations, supporting multi-site environments, overseeing large teams, and working within organizations where operational consistency and leadership stability mattered every day.

Throughout his career, Roger noticed a pattern: many organizations struggled to fully recognize it until it was already affecting performance. Some of the most valuable operational knowledge inside a company was rarely documented. It lived inside experienced people. It lived inside the manager who understood the history behind difficult decisions. The employee who knew how to navigate operational challenges before they escalated. The leader whose judgment quietly stabilized teams during periods of transition, pressure, and uncertainty.

When those individuals retired, transitioned, or moved on, organizations often replaced the position, but not the experience behind it.

The operational impact rarely appeared all at once. More often, it surfaced gradually through slower decisions, longer onboarding curves, reduced confidence, communication friction, customer inconsistency, and the quiet loss of organizational rhythm. Those observations ultimately became the foundation for Over 60 Dam, LLC and the creation of The Experience Advantage Program, designed to help leadership teams identify where critical institutional knowledge currently exists before disruption occurs.

Roger believes organizations should not have to lose decades of operational wisdom before realizing how valuable it truly is. Today, Roger works with leadership teams who understand that experience is not simply labor.

It is an operational infrastructure. In addition to his corporate advisory work, Roger is deeply committed to supporting individuals over the age of 60 through educational resources, community outreach, pro bono initiatives, and practical guidance to help people continue to grow, learn, adapt, and find purpose in the years ahead.
