Founder of Over 60 Dam, LLC
Because Life After 60 Is Just Getting Started

I didn’t wake up one morning and decide to create programs for people over 60.
This work grew out of a lifetime of leading, listening, fixing problems, and watching good people get overlooked.

For more than 40 years, I’ve worked in environments where trust wasn’t optional; it was required. I’ve led teams, managed complex operations, and carried responsibility for outcomes that affected thousands of lives and livelihoods. Clarity mattered. Integrity mattered. Results mattered.

My career includes senior executive leadership roles, including serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations for a large financial processing organization. At the peak of that role, I oversaw multi-site operations and more than 2,500 employees. When things went right, people barely noticed. When things went wrong, the phone rang, and it rang me. That experience teaches you how to stay calm, think clearly, and communicate in ways people can understand.

Earlier in my career, I worked in B2B technology sales and managed high-stakes government contracts. Those roles demanded precision, accountability, and the ability to explain complicated systems in plain language. You don’t survive in those environments by talking fast or over-promising. You survive by being trustworthy and consistent.

I’ve spent years consulting nationally on training and development, helping organizations simplify, clarify, and connect. I know how to speak to executives in a boardroom, and I know how to sit across from everyday people and explain something without talking down to them. That balance matters, especially when the audience is seasoned, smart, and deserves respect.

Over 60 Dam, LLC. exists because too many people over 60 are being talked at, marketed to, or quietly ignored, especially when it comes to technology, frauds, and “what’s next.” That never sat right with me.

Through Over 60 Dam, I focus on cutting through the noise. No hype. No jargon. Just practical, human-centered guidance built on experience, empathy, and common sense. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, leading a conversation, or partnering with an organization, the goal is always the same: help people feel capable, informed, and respected.

If you’re looking for someone who understands both systems and people someone who brings the steadiness of a seasoned executive and the heart of a community leader that’s who I am, and that’s why I do this work.

Leadership Style: Seasoned Servant-Strategist

Roger Campbell, Sr. leads with a Seasoned Servant-Strategist leadership style grounded in experience, guided by purpose, and rooted in respect for people. His approach balances strategic clarity with genuine care, believing that strong results come from trust, accountability, and leading with dignity rather than ego. He focuses on building confidence, making thoughtful decisions, and creating environments where people and performance grow together.

Three Guiding Principles

1. Lead With Experience, Not Ego

Leadership is earned through lived experience, not titles or theory. Decisions are guided by pattern recognition, calm judgment, and respect for the situation at hand, never by the need to dominate a room or prove a point.

2. Serve People While Demanding Excellence

People come first, but standards still matter. The strongest teams are built on trust, accountability, and dignity, where individuals feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do their best work.

3. Think Long-Term, Act With Purpose

Every decision should serve both today and tomorrow. Leadership requires clarity, sustainability, and intention, favoring meaningful progress over quick wins, and purpose over pressure.
