Roger Campbell, Sr., is the Founder of Over 60 Dam, LLC, and the creator of The Experience Advantage Program™, a consulting methodology designed to help organizations identify, preserve, and transfer the institutional knowledge that drives operational success.

A Career Built on Experience

Over a leadership career spanning more than four decades, Roger has led organizations ranging from small teams to operations of more than 3,500 employees. His experience includes executive leadership, operations, customer service, facilities, sales, training, and organizational development in environments where performance, continuity, customer confidence, and leadership stability were essential.

The Observation That Changed Everything

Throughout his career, Roger noticed the same pattern again and again. The most valuable knowledge inside an organization is rarely documented. It wasn't found in manuals, organizational charts, or standard operating procedures. Instead, it lived in experienced people: the supervisor who understood why a process existed, the manager who knew the history behind important decisions, the long-tenured employee who could anticipate problems before they became crises, and the leader whose judgment quietly kept operations moving forward.

When those individuals retired, resigned, or moved on to new opportunities, organizations often filled the position but not the experience that came with it. The consequences appeared gradually through longer onboarding, slower decision-making, inconsistent execution, communication breakdowns, and the loss of institutional knowledge that had taken years to build.
