Next Steps: Our Simple Booking Process

We are ready to partner with you to deliver clarity and impact to the 55+ generation. We've made the booking process simple and respectful of your time.

1. Check Availability & Request a Quote

• Please use the Contact Form linked below or email info@Over60Dam.net directly.

• Include your preferred dates, the type of engagement (Keynote, Workshop, Virtual Series), and a summary of your audience and goals.

2. Personalized Follow-Up (Within 24 Hours)

• Roger or a team member will personally respond within one business day.

• We'll schedule a brief, no-obligation discovery call (15 minutes) to finalize the topic, confirm logistics, and provide a binding proposal with a total fee (including any necessary travel costs).

3. Agreement & Confirmation

• Once the proposal is approved, we issue a simple Service Agreement and invoice for a 50% deposit (or P.O. for large organizations).

• The signed agreement and deposit officially secure your date on the calendar.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

• We will immediately schedule a pre-event preparation call to discuss customization, audience demographics, and coordinate all technical and logistical details, ensuring a seamless and high-impact event.

Over 60 Dam: Speaking & Engagement Rate Sheet (2026)

This document outlines the standard rates for various engagements, catering to both corporate and non-profit partners.

I. Corporate & Association Speaker Rates

(For Corporate, Association, and For-Profit Clients)

A. Local Corporate Engagements (Philadelphia Tri-State)

Applies to driving distance only; no overnight stay required.

• Keynote / Interactive Workshop (60–90 minutes)

  • Fee Range: $2,000

• Half-Day Engagement (Up to 4 hours)

  • Fee Range: $3,000

• Full-Day Engagement (Up to 8 hours)

  • Fee Range: $4,250

B. Workshop Travel Engagements (USA)

Applies to engagements outside Philadelphia's driving distance.

Note: Client is responsible for and must pre-pay all travel expenses (flights, hotel, ground transportation, and per diem).

• Keynote / Interactive Workshop (60–90 minutes)

  • Fee Range: $4,500

• Half-Day Engagement (Up to 4 hours)

  • Fee Range: $5,100

• Full-Day Engagement (Up to 8 hours)

  • Fee Range: $6,500

C. Virtual Engagements

(Webinar, Live Stream, or Interactive Zoom Session)

• Keynote / Interactive Talk (45–60 minutes)

  • Fee Range: $1,250

• Half-Day Virtual Workshop (Up to 4 hours)

  • Fee Range: $1,750

• Multi-Session Series (3–5 parts, Custom)

  • Package Pricing: $3,500

II. Community / Charitable Rate

(For Non-Profits, Senior Centers, and Single Assisted Living Sites)

Note: The fees listed below have been significantly reduced to support community initiatives. Travel costs may be added if in-person services require travel beyond the local area.

Service: "Purpose Talk" (45–60 min)

• Client Type: Charitable Orgs, Non-Profit Senior Centers, Single Assisted Living Sites

• In-Person Fee (Local): $500

• The Value Exchange: Permission must be granted to capture email leads from the audience.

Service: "Wellness Workshop" (90 min)

• Client Type: Local Retirement Community (Single Event)

• In-Person Fee (Local): $1,100

• The Value Exchange: Covers more in-depth preparation and hands-on materials, justifying a higher fee.
